I would just like to give you my feedback about the day my daughter had today for her birthday treat. It was made very special by the keeper 'Val'. He was very attentive and caring and my daughter warmed to him immediately. She learnt so much about the various animals and their feeding habits, which I feel is very important for her to understand the care that goes into the animals, and in turn would teach her and many others to be kind and how to treat animals.

I will certainly be recommending this to all my friends as the day was made so special and so much care put in. Once again thank you so much for organizing this and well done to Val, he was such a credit to the farm. I look forward to dealing with him and the farm experience in the future.

I just wanted to say a HUGE 'thank you' to you and especially Val for making Pippa's birthday treat so special.  She was over the moon with her experience and her sister and brother very jealous - especially when she got to hold the lizard!  Val was very encouraging and Pippa felt relaxed and happy doing everything he did!  He even knew she would want to take a second visit to the squirrel monkeys which were her favourite animal.  She can't wait to see the photos Val took on her camera and we will make a scrap book so that she can remember the day.

I would certainly recommend it to friends and we will be back soon for a visit.
